Directing people to Christ!

God bless you,

Today I want to emphasis on the fact that if it wore not for Jesus Christ we would be nothing, we wouldn’t have anything to hold on to. Sometimes it seems like we exhort others and direct them to people, we press duty on them instead of directing them to Jesus both for righteousness and strength. Lately it seems like we do things only to get recognition, so people can see what you have accomplished, only to create a name forgetting that you are working in the Kingdom of God, that you are a servant of Christ and a ambassador of the Kingdom. God is the Author of life the beginner and the ending of or faith.

If you look at John the Baptist, he was teaching the word and baptising them with water, the symbol that you are cleanse from the dirt you have been in. But he also showed the people on the fact that their will be Someone greater coming that wil baptise with the Holy Spirit. John was doing exactly what Jesus send us to do but even so he did not take the glory but He recognise Jesus as the One and Only. Baptising with the Holy Spirit would not only cleanse the outside but also the inside. Remember everything you do, do it with love and do it for Jesus Christ and directing people to Him. People must see Jesus. It is our duty to bring people to Christ to bring them the good news of Jesus.

Luke 14;11

Luke 14:8-11 tells a parable of the guests that picked the places of honor at the table.

“When someone invites you to a wedding feast, do not take the place of honor, for a person more distinguished than you may have been invited. If so, the host who invited both of you will come and say to you, ‘Give this person your seat.’ Then, humiliated, you will have to take the least important place. 10 But when you are invited, take the lowest place, so that when your host comes, he will say to you, ‘Friend, move up to a better place.’ Then you will be honored in the presence of all the other guests. 11 For all those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted.”

Be blessed.
With loving regards,
Shaina Domitilia
