In transition!

God bless you,

Today I want to challenge you to let go, leave the old behind, start making room for new thing in 2015. In 2 Corinthians 5:17 the bible says the old has gun and the new has come.

You can’t keep living in the past, you can’t transition with the old things into the new. God is telling you to leave everything that is in the past and start over in the new with Him. He wants to bring you from glory to glory but in order to do so you must live into now and not the past. If it is bad company leave them behind in 2014. If it is the storm of life, pain, resentment, bad relationships (toxic to you), hater, the feeling of being rejected over and over.. let it go and let God take over.

You see in the story of Acts 27 Paul was on a ship he was being transported from Rome. It was a big ship I imagine along with other prisoners and cargo on board they started navigating. They soon experienced a storm and the ship/boat was totally wrecked and they thought that if they threw some things  overboard they could save the boat so they could get where they needed to be. But God had something completely different planned you see they only needed the grace of God. But they thought bringing all that they have would serve but in the end they had to throw everything overboard to be enlighten so they could keep moving on.

Acts 27

You see as Christian we carry a lot of things, we bring them into this new life and we start to sink in the stress and mess we made of our own life. Sometimes we even carry things that are not ours to carry and God wants you to be free, He wants to do new things for you but you need to let go of the past. This can’t keep going on like this. Know that His grace is sufficient for ye. In verse 22 of this chapter (acts 27) the bible says that God appeared to Paul with the following msg saying 22 But now I urge you to keep up your courage, because not one of you will be lost; only the ship will be destroyed. You see you are meant to get over and reach into your destiny but only the things that used to be are not meant to go!

Be blessed.

A vital life..

God bless you,

This morning I want to remember you why it so important that we are constantly talking to God. (praying) When you pray doesn’t necessarily mean you have to ask for something. You can be grateful and thankful for what God is doing. Grateful for life because this was not promised to you it is by His grace..Grateful that He will never forsaken you, give your praise to God, Exalt Him, Glorify Him… Now a days we have a attitude that when we need something we know what prayer means. Prayer is not a option to get out of trouble. Sometimes prayer brings relief, you can see with clarity a way out all that stress has covered with darkness. You now have hope.

For Paul praying was not a option it was a vital question. Paul writes in
1 Thessalonians 5:17 that we must pray without ceasing..Also in the book of Romans chapter 12:12 he says:” Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer.” When your faithful to something you can also say you are committed to it.. Commit yourself in prayer. Talk to God about everything. There is nothing you can say to God that He already didn’t know about.

Ephesians 6;18

You must be driven by the Holy Ghost to connect with the Father, it is not a routine it is a act inspired and driven by the Holy Ghost.
Ephesians 6:18 says “ And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.”

If you look at Jesus, He was disciplined in prayer. His ministry begun with praying and fasting. Matthew 4:4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’

The first church in acts 2:42 lived in a atmosphere of praying; They devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.

We must be constantly in prayer. Prayer builds us up. When you pray you are keeping the line of communication between you and God open. Remember that when you communicate with someone you have to give them the space to reply back. Give God the chance to answer back to you.

Be blessed.

Wake up….

God bless you,

Today I’m writing you, so you can get a wake up call. The time is now! Your time is now!!!! Start making a change today, don’t let things for tomorrow. You don’t about tomorrow today you have, you are here, God is here.. Start making a change..

Mostly we think that when we come to Jesus (receive salvation) that everything is supposed to go gentle and smooth. In reality it’s no where written in the bible that it will be easy. God promised you a safe landing, a safe final destination (which is eternal life, long lasting joy, and something good that will taste like honey & milk)

God promised you a blessing, but He didn’t say it will be easy. What I know for sure is, that He is with you in your storm. When you need Him call Him, when you need a hug of love He is there, when you need someone to walk you through He is there..

Get loose of chains that are holding you to your past. Stop thinking about your problem, because is bigger than anything you might go through.

These are some parts of the scripture find in acts 27: “And when we had sailed slowly many days, and scarce were come over against Cnidus, the wind not suffering us, we sailed under Crete, over against Salmone; Now when much time was spent, and when sailing was now dangerous, because the fast was now already past, Paul admonished them, And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man’s life among you, but of the ship. For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve, Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Cæsar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee. And the rest, some on boards, and some on broken pieces of the ship. And so it came to pass, that they escaped all safe to land.” (Acts 27:7, 9, 22-24, 44 KJV)

Paul went on a ship boarding with others and allot of stuff they wore sailing to Rome.. Along the way the experienced storms, heavy winds and even a hurricane. But through all this they were never alone. God was with them. You have to get rid of things of your past lighten yourself, free yourself from your past. Throw things of board and let God guide you to your destination.

Be blessed.
