A blended family.

Today I want to encourage you to be an example to the outworld where racism still habits. If we only set the example inside the church as part of the Body of Christ than we can help contribute something positive to the world. I make this statement because even inside the 4 walls of the building we have preferences whom we will sit next to or which nationality (kind of people) We must start with ourself. You can’t really say I love if you have something against the color, the nationality, the habits or whatever other problem you have! Jesus said love thy neighbour as you love yourself. (Matthew 22:39) If you can’t love upon this person you can’t love God. God is love. We are a blended family inside the walls of the building where we come together and become the church. Different persons and identity with different struggles!

Despite color God created us in His image and in His likeness. You will never hear God say you can’t come to me because you are American, Antillean, Afro-American or Asian. God set repend from your sins, come to me and get baptised. (Acts 2:38) When God sent Jesus He didn’t sent Him for only one nationality He sent Him for the whole world to get saved.

 

God is a God of justice, a loving God, a forgiving God, a merciful God, a gracious God… Name it He created the heavens and the earth.

Hebrews 9:14-15,22 saids;

¹⁴ How much more, then, will the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself unblemished to God, cleanse our consciences from acts that lead to death,^[c] so that we may serve the living God!

¹⁵ For this reason Christ is the mediator of a new covenant, that those who are called may receive the promised eternal inheritance—now that he has died as a ransom to set them free from the sins committed under the first covenant.

²² In fact, the law requires that nearly everything be cleansed with blood, and without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness.

Everything must be cleansed with the blood. When we come to repentance we doesn’t belong anymore to the world nor the different Nationalities that exists. We now are citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven we all have the same Person we look up to; His name is Jesus Christ, The Saviour!
